To report a new problem and check existing reports:

• Zoom into the map, or enter a road name, parish, postcode, or existing report reference, in the search bar along the top.
• To view the status of existing reports, click or tap on the coloured squares. If your concern has already been reported, then the matter is already being assessed. There is no need to re-report it to us.
• To report a new problem, click or tap to pinpoint exactly where the problem is and complete the "Report a problem" text fields with details.
